We are specialists in all aspects of IT, finance, case administration, People & Culture, Strategy & Markets and communication. At Horten, we focus on continuous development to meet future demands and challenges, to maintain a high level of expertise across all staff areas.
We employ professionally competent secretaries and paralegals who support the lawyers in their work. As a legal secretary or paralegal, you perform administrative and legal tasks to help lawyers focus on the client's needs while maintaining the broader perspective and professional handling of the case resolution. In this role, you significantly contribute to achieving Horten’s goal of providing valuable and highly qualified advice to our clients. As a legal secretary or paralegal, you work for multiple partners, attorneys and assistant attorneys. Your daily routine is characterized by being varied, diverse, and involving a wide range of contacts, with demands placed on both your professional skills and your flexibility and approachability. We continuously focus on developing relevant skills among our legal secretaries and paralegals. This development takes place both during the daily work and through Horten Academy and relevant external courses. All Horten’s secretaries and paralegals participate annually in a joint secretarial conference where personal and professional development and social interaction are in focus.
