Horten has advised the shareholders of Cabcongroup regarding the sale of the shares in Cabcongroup to Milexia Group.
Since 2003, Cabcongroup has been a value-added distributor of passive, electromechanical components and cable harness solutions to the electronics industry. Cabcongroup is headquartered in Denmark, and holds entities in Norway, Sweden, Poland and Hong Kong, with a plan to expand with new offices in Finland and Poland.
Founded in 1971, Milexia Group is one of the world’s leading European suppliers for high-quality electronic components, systems and scientific instruments technology. It has offices and warehouses in France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and Germany.
The Group has technical centers in France and the United Kingdom, which offer customized, installation, training and maintenance solutions for defence, space, transportation, Satcom, Scientific Instrumentation, and others civil industries.
Horten's team was led by Jonas Eigil Nielsen, assisted by Christian Ulrich Zander Olsen.
