HortenDahl can now present the eight partners who will join the board of directors.

Together with the two Managing Partners, Janus Skak Olufsen and Thomas Francis Beckett, they constitute the team that will set the direction from the turn of the year, when the merger between Horten and DAHL becomes a reality.

The board will consist of eight members: Anders Ørskov Melballe, Andreas Schønbeck, Annelouise Dalgaard Pedersen, Frederik Bruhn, Henning von Lillienskjold, Lars Lüneborg, Lise Lotte Hjerrild, and Michael Rehling. All are current members of the boards of either DAHL or Horten. Lise Lotte Hjerrild will serve as chair of the board, while Henning von Lillienskjold will act as vice chair.

Lise Lotte Hjerrild states:

"HortenDahl has high ambitions—both for ourselves and for our clients. I look forward to working with the rest of the board to translate those ambitions into a clear strategy that fulfils our potential while ensuring a solid, sustainable foundation for the next phase of our development."

Henning von Lillienskjold states:

"I look forward to working with the rest of the board, both new faces and those who, like myself, come from DAHL. Together, we will strive to ensure that HortenDahl is recognised as one of Denmark’s most respected law firms – a firm that combines legal excellence with commercial insight, a strong people-centred culture and a clear strategic direction."
