Horten has advised BuildTec Software Group and private equity fund Bregal Unternehmerkapital regarding the acquisition of the majority of the shares in the software company Acies.
Acies is a Danish software company providing industry-specific manufacturing solutions for the kitchen, door and window industry. The individually developed solution for each customer helps them to make their production facilities much more efficient by optimizing the processes and the communication between sales, production and finance departments saving costs and minimizing the risk of errors.
BuildTec Software Group owns a number of leading software brands in the construction tech business, including within construction ERP, timber construction, stair design and sheet metal work.
BuildTec Software Group is backed by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a German private equity fund providing equity capital for mid-sized companies in the DACH region and Northern Italy.
