Horten assists Singapore listed company SATS and its subsidiary Worldwide Flight Services with the acquisition of two ground handling companies operating from Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
Horten was appointed lead counsel and acted together with local law firm Setterwalls on the transaction. The transaction was headed by partners Lise Lotte Hjerrild and Alessandro Traina.
