eloomi, a global cloud-based people development software company, has been sold to the global HCM software company, Ceridian (NYSE: CDAY, TSX: CDAY).
Horten has advised Kennet Partners – a technology growth equity investor and an investor in eloomi since 2019 – on the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 ’24.
Responsible partner was Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard who was assisted by director Frederik Vest-Maagensen.
