Horten has advised the shareholders of Avenida Consult in connection with the sale of the company to Right People Group, backed by Danish private equity firm Capidea
Avenida Consult is a Danish company specializing in the supply of IT consultants as freelancer to Danish companies and public authorities. Avenida has a base of freelance consultants, supplemented by an extensive network of international consultants and partners, in total more than 2,500 consultants. In addition, Avenida also provides recruitment services to its customers.
Right People Group was acquired by Capidea earlier this year and, like Avenida Consult, Right People Group provides IT freelance consultants to its customers, as well as external workforce solutions. Right People Group connects business with the talent needed for IT projects and is present in seven jurisdictions in Europe.
Capidea is a Danish private equity firm that invests in small and medium-sized Danish companies with a focus on trading, distribution, service IT and manufacturing.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Danish competition authorities.
