Horten has assisted the management of I/S Vestforbrænding with the acquisition of Lyngby Kraftvarmeværk from a company in the Henrik Lind group.
Horten has assisted with the due diligence investigations, the regulatory affairs in relation to the supply of electricity and heat, competition law, contract negotiations and the completion of the transaction.
