Cabonline, realising more than DKK 4.5 billion, already operates taxi companies in Sweden, Norway and Finland. For a long period of time, the company has been interested in expanding its activities to Denmark. With the acquisition, Cabonline will add more than 200 taxi operators, 300 cars and a turnover of approx. DKK 300 million each year.
Taxi 4x27 will join Cabonline and thereby become a part of Scandinavia’s largest taxi company.
Cabonline is owned by the capital fund H.I.G., which administers DKK 200 billion.
