Horten has assisted Østerbro Tømmerhandel with the divestment of activities related to three branches at Zealand to Brejnholt Søborg A/S.
Brejnholt Søborg A/S is part of the Brejnholt group, which is a family and employee-owned timber group with approx. DKK 2.0bn in annual revenue and 400 employees. With the transaction, XL-BYG Brejnholt takes over the branches Østerbro Tømmerhandel, Søborg Tømmerhandel and Vejby Tømmerhandel.
