CapMan Infra has entered into an agreement to acquire Fuzion A/S, a leading Danish supplier of secure data infrastructure. Fuzion A/S runs data centres in Skanderborg, Viby J., Aarhus and Randers and is about to open an additional data centre in Copenhagen. 

CapMan Infra is an infrastructure fund that invests in energy, transport and digital infrastructure. The acquisition of Fuzion marks CapMan Infra's second investment in a newly established Northern European data centre platform. Fuzion's current co-owner and CEO, Christian Holm Christensen, will reinvest in the broader platform and continue in his role as CEO of Fuzion.
