Horten have assisted the Danish private equity fund CataCap with financing the acquisition of the Danish industrial company NLM Vantinge A/S.
The Danish private equity fund, CataCap, invests in companies with a main focus on innovative and long-term sustainable businesses with a high growth potential. In line with this objective, CataCap has acquired the majority share of NLM Vantinge.
NLM Vantinge specializes in recycling and upcycling of by- and waste products as well as in the production of feed additives, and NLM Vantinge has undergone an impressive development over the past years. Entering into the partnership with CataCap is a natural next step for NLM Vantinge in order to be able to meet the high demands as a result of the green transition in Europe.
Horten advised CataCap in connection with CataCap entering into a senior facilities agreement and other finance documents with Nordea for the purpose of partly financing its acquisition of the shares in NLM Vantinge.
