The leading MarTech company JAKALA, has acquired the Danish-based company FFW in the largest non-public digital services acquisition in Europe in 2023.
FFW is a global platform agency that combines data insights, strategy, design, and development to create engaging digital experiences for some of the world's leading organisations. FFW has offices in i.a. Germany, USA, UK and France.
The acquisition, amongst other things, strengthens JAKALA's continuing growth path in the market and reinforces the company's presence worldwide with offices in more than 20 countries. The acquisition is also the largest non-public digital services deal in Europe to-date in 2023.
Horten advised the seller of FFW on all legal aspects of the transaction. Team-responsible partner, Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard, was assisted by Troels Rømer, Iben Møller Vollesen and Frederik Vest-Maagensen.
