Horten has assisted private equity-owned idverde in connection with the acquisition of Grøn Vækst A/S.

idverde is among Europe's largest providers of grounds maintenance
services and landscape construction projects. idverde is owned by the
private equity fund Core Equity Holdings and consists at present of the
affiliated Danish companies Malmos A/S and OKNygaard A/S. Horten also
assisted idverde in connection with the takeover of OKNygaard A/S.
Grøn
Vækst A/S is a nationwide landscape garden company with focus on green
environmental solutions involved in both green maintenance and
construction projects as well as snow clearing and winter services.
Horten
has advised idverde on all legal aspects of the transaction.
