Horten has assisted the owner of the security company ARAS Security A/S with the sale to Lagercrantz Group.

ARAS Security A/S was established in 1986 and is one of the leading security companies in the Nordic region. ARAS Security A/S provides security solutions with a full range of products and services within access control, alarms, camera surveillance and ID card production. The company’s solutions are based on the security system NOX of which ARAS Security A/S is the exclusive supplier in the Nordic region. ARAS Security A/S’ primary activities are in Denmark and Sweden.

Lagercrantz Group, which is listed on the stock exchange, is a Swedish group with activities within electronic products, connecting systems, control technology and relating areas. In the future, ARAS Security A/S will be a part of Lagercrantz Group’s TecSec division consisting of specialised companies within security and surveillance.
