Horten has assisted the German private equity fund Findos Investor in the acquisition of a majority stake in Nordiq.
Nordiq is one of Scandinavia's largest suppliers to flower shops, gift shops and garden centers.
Findos Investor is a German private equity fund focused on investing in Nordic and German mid-sized companies.
