Horten has assisted Atlas Copco in connection with the acquisition of OXYMAT A/S.
Oxymat is a privately owned company headquartered in Denmark, with production facilities in Denmark and Slovakia.
Oxymat specializes in on-site gas generation solutions for a wide range of industries including aquaculture, water treatment, medical, marine and mining. By converting bulk or cylinder supply of gas to on-site generation, the need of frequent truck transport can be avoided, thereby reducing the carbon footprint.
Atlas Copco is a global, industrial company based in Stockholm, with approx. 43,000 employees in more than 180 countries. Its market-leading compressors, vacuum solutions, generators, pumps, power tools and assembly systems can be found all over the world.
