Horten has assisted the sell-side with the sale of Indicia Danmark A/S.
With effect from 22 October 2021, Confirmasoft Denmark Holding ApS, which is part of the Confirmasoft Group, has acquired the Danish consulting and software company Indicia Denmark A/S.
Indicia Danmark A/S was founded in 2003 and specializes in development and implementation of the ticketing system etrack1. Etrack1 is a cloud-based ticket system that is primarily used for efficiency improvement of customer service departments.
Horten has advised the sell-side in all legal aspects in connection with the transaction. Team-responsible partner Thomas Francis Beckett was assisted by attorney Vibe Kongsager Klausen and assistant attorney Ann-Sophie Birch.
