Horten has advised Maj Invest Equity in connection with the acquisition of 55 % of the shares in N'Age ApS.
The private equity fund Maj Invest Equity has acquired 55 % of the shares in the Danish beauty and skincare company N'Age ApS. N'Age ApS was established in 2003 and primarily provides cosmetic, non-surgical treatments. Today, the company runs six cosmetic clinics around the country and plans to expand both in Denmark and abroad. The acquisition is effective from 30 November 2021.
Horten has advised Maj Invest Equity on all legal aspects of the transaction. Horten's team consisted of partner Thomas Francis Beckett and attorney Cecilie Frost Adamsen.
