Horten has advised Danone in connection with the sale of Aqua d’Or Mineral Water.
The multinational food-products corporation Danone has entered into an agreement with Royal Unibrew A/S to sell 100% of Aqua d’Or Mineral Water A/S - leading Scandinavian mineral water producer. The transaction is subject to approval from the Danish Competition Authority, which is expected during the first half of 2022.
Horten has advised Danone on all legal aspects of the transaction. Horten’s core team consisted of Hans Christian Pape, Marie Funch Lind, Malene Høj Hansen and Marie Løvbjerg.
