Horten has assisted the Dutch company Royal Reesink B.V. with the acquisition of Nicolaisen & Larsen A/S.
Nicolaisen & Larsen A/S is a family-owned company established in 1962, which has been the importer and distributor of JCB construction and industrial machines in Denmark since 1975.
Royal Reesink B.V. is one of the largest international distributors of machines and services for the agricultural sector, landscape maintenance and construction, with 36 subsidiaries worldwide.
Horten has advised Royal Reesink B.V. on all legal aspects of the acquisition of Nicolaisen & Larsen A/S.
