Horten has assisted Creativ Company A/S, owned by the capital fund Capidea, with the acquisition of AV Form A/S.
Creativ Company A/S, also known as CChobby, is one of Denmark’s largest hobby stores with 280 employees in several countries. Creativ Company is owned by the management and Capidea.
Av form A/S is one of Scandinavia’s largest suppliers of products for playing, learning and creativity to schools and institutions in Scandinavia.
Horten has assisted Creativ Company A/S with all legal aspects of the transaction.
