Horten has advised the owner of Kaj Larsen A/S on the sale of the company to Executive Capital.
Kaj Larsen A/S is a certified plumbing, electricity and sewer contractor in north-west Zealand with more than 60 employees.
Upon the transaction, the ownership of the company has been expanded with the investment partnership, Executive Capital, which develops and professionalises small and medium-sized Danish enterprises. The previous owner of Kaj Larsen A/S remains in the company as CEO and co-owner, and three key employees have become co-owners as part of the transaction.
Horten has assisted the seller with all legal aspects of the sale. Horten’s team consisted of partner Thomas Francis Beckett and attorney Cecilie Frost Adamsen.
