Horten has assisted the global digital agency Valtech with the acquisition of eCapacity A/S.
eCapacity is an award-winning Danish company advising some of the Nordic countries’ largest companies and brand on their digital transformation within finance, telcom, retail, media and industry.
Horten has advised Valtech on all legal aspects of the acquisition of eCapacity.
Horten’s team was headed by partner Christian Gregersen and senior attorney Søren Toft Bjerreskov.
