Horten has advised the shareholders of True Energy A/S regarding the sale of the company's total share capital to the listed swiss company Landis+Gyr AG.
True Energy is a Danish green-tech company that delivers solutions for intelligent, automatic utilization of electricity for applications such as charging electric vehicles when electricity is most cost efficient and climate-friendly.
Horten has advised on all legal aspects of the sale. The responsible partners of the team were Frans Rossen and Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard, who were assisted by assistant attorney Christian Tue Rasmussen.
