Fortum Waste Solutions OW A/S sold to Rinaldo Holding ApS

Fortum Waste Solutions A/S is specialised in regenerating hazardous waste into energy and has more than 50 years of experience handling all kinds of hazardous waste. Rinaldo Holding ApS is, via its subsidiary, Marine Partner A/S, specialised in treating contaminated oily water from the marine industry, and accordingly, the acquisition of Fortum Waste Solutions OW A/S is part of a strategy to strengthen the company’s position within this industry.

Horten has advised Fortum Waste Solutions A/S on all legal aspects of the transaction.
