Horten has assisted the capital fund CataCap with the sale of the bus company HB-Care to Denmark’s largest taxi company, Dantaxi.
HB-Care is the leading supplier of referred special transport to municipalities and institutions in Denmark. HB-Care transports disabled citizens to schools and activity centres, older citizens to rehabilitation and day centres and schoolchildren and kindergarten children with special transport needs.
During CataCap’s ownership, HB-Care’s turnover and profit have almost doubled.
Horten has advised CataCap on all legal aspects of the transaction.
