Horten has provided legal advice to the sellers of Actimo which transfers 100 % of the shares in Actimo ApS to Kahoot! for a three-digit million amount.
The global game-based learning platform Kahoot! is taking over Actimo which provides organisations with the opportunity to work more efficiently with communication, training and interaction towards the workforce.
Today, the Danish company Actimo is used by more than 200 companies, e.g. Circle K, Hi3G and Compass Group, which use Actimo’s platform for communication, learning and management.
Horten has assisted with all legal aspects of the transaction. The team was headed by Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard with the assistance of Jonas Eigil Nielsen, Caroline Smith, Emil Spurr Madsen and Mathias Heldgaard Nielsen.
