Horten assists private equity-owned Malmos A/S with the purchase of OKNygaard A/S| Horten

Horten has provided legal advice to private equity-owned Idverde in connection with the acquisition of OKNygaard A/S. Idverde already owns Denmark's largest landscape gardener Malmos A/S.

The French Idverde is among Europe's largest landscape gardeners and landscape contractors. Idverde is owned by the capital fund Core Equity Holdings.

OKNygaard A/S is a nationwide landscape gardening company with a focus on total solutions for customers working with both local, regional and nationwide operating and service contracts, professional and main contracts in the construction area as well as with ice control and winter service. The company employs a total of 550 persons.

Malmos A/S is Denmark's largest landscape gardener, focusing exclusively on establishment. Together, OKNygaard and Malmos will have a total turnover of DKK 800 million.

Horten has assisted Idverde in all legal matters in connection with the acquisition process. The team was led by Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard and assisted by Jonas Eigil Nielsen, Marie Funch Lind, Mathias Heldgaard Nielsen and Vibe Kongsager Klausen.
