The challenger bank Lunar receives capital injection of more than EUR 36 million from both existing and new investors. Horten has assisted Lunar in the process.
Lunar was established in 2015 and was licensed as a bank in 2015. Moreover, Lunar has more than 150,000 users in the Nordic region with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo and more than 120 employees.
Horten with a team consisting of Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard, Frederik Vest-Maagensen, Claus Bennetsen and Hans Glent Abildgaard assisted Lunar in the process.
