Horten has assisted the Swedish capital fund Adelis with the acquisition of the shares in the technology company KlarPris A/S.

KlarPris has developed a digital procurement tool aimed at electricity and plumbing companies, and with more than 2,300 customers, it is the largest and most commonly used procurement system within the Danish installation sector.

KlarPris will become part of the Nordic countries’ largest association of IT companies providing services to the building sector as Adelis owns the case and administration tool Hantverksdata. However, KlarPris will continue to be a separate entity.

Horten has assisted Adelis with all legal aspects of the transaction. Horten’s core team consisted of Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard, Frederik Vest-Maagensen and Iben Møller Vollesen.
