The Danish technology company Grazper Technologies has been sold to Yokogawa Electric Corporation.
Grazper Technologies has developed an advanced AI based technology for image and video analytics which may be used within a number of industrial verticals for monitoring.
Yokogawa Electric Corporation is a Japanese electronics and software conglomerate listed on the Japan Stock Exchange. The group develops and supplies solutions by way of AI for public infrastructure projects and has 113 affiliates in 60 different countries. The acquisition of Grazper Technologies will make it possible to supply solutions by way of AI based image analytics.
Horten has assisted the sellers with the legal aspects of the transaction.
