Horten has assisted a group of investors consisting of the wholesale business Kalu A/S and Skagerak Fiskeeksport A/S with the acquisition of Jacob Kongsbak Lassen from the bankruptcy estate.
Jacob Kongsbak Lassen, supplier to the Royal Danish Court, went bankrupt on 26 March 2020.
Consequently, the 137-year old company will continue with new owners and with Jacob Kongsbak (5th generation) as daily manager.
