Swedish-based Cambio Healthcare Systems, which is one of the leading suppliers of complete IT solutions to the health sector, has acquired the Danish IT company Daintel.
Daintel is a supplier of clinical IT solutions to the health sector and has specialised in IT systems for intensive care and anaesthesia units.
Horten has assisted the sellers which, apart from the founder of Daintel, have consisted of a group of shareholders, on all legal aspects of the transaction.
