Horten has advised BuildTec Software Group and Bregal regarding the acquisition of E-Komplet A/S.
E-Komplet A/S is a Danish software company providing a fully integrated solution for tradespeople and craftsmen, including i.a. business and case management, accounting, resource planning, contract management, invoicing etc. via the IT platform also named "E-Komplet".
E-Komplet employs approximately 50 employees and services more than 2.000 administrative users and 11.000 users on mobile platforms.
BuildTec Software Group owns a number of leading software brands in the construction tech business, including within construction ERP, timber construction, stair design and sheet metal work. BuildTec Software Group is backed by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a German private equity fund providing equity capital for mid-sized companies in the DACH region and Northern Italy.
