The Danish fintech company Zenegy has received a three-digit million investment from Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, as part of their scale investments.

Zenegy will set new standards for businesses' workflows by creating a collected digital and automated platform for handling of salaries, bookkeeping, HR management and advanced time management.

Zenegy was formed by former e-conomic executive manager Jes Tækker Stemann Brinch and e-conomic founder Jacob Wandt in 2017 and the owners of Zenegy also includes Danske Bank, having invested in Zenegy in 2019.

Horten has advised Zenegy and the shareholders in connection with the investment. Team-responsible partner Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard was assisted by Marie Funch Lind and Frederik Wenzzel.
