Horten has assisted the German private equity fund Findos with the acquisition of Vilhelm Lauritzen Arkitekter.
Vilhelm Lauritzen Arkitekter is a trend-setting Danish architectural firm established in 1922 which develops architecture, design and urban open spaces. The firm is domiciled in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and employs approx. 150 people. Findos is a German private equity fund.
Horten has advised Findos in connection with the transaction. Team-responsible partner Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard was assisted by attorney Frederik Vest-Maagesen and assistant attorney Iben Møller Vollesen.
