Signe Eggert Bojesen-Koefoed advises primarily on issues within the areas of environmental law and planning law, the utilities area and the public law area in general.
Signe is part of Horten's Public Regulation department and has previously worked in Horten's Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure department.
She advises private and public clients, including municipalities and publicly owned companies, on waste, water and wastewater supply, planning, nature conservation and environmental assessments. Signe also advises on matters relating to public law and administrative law, including public authorities' liability in the environmental area.
