Horten has advised the owners of Ejendomsselskabet Englandsgade 25 ApS on the acquisition of the office property located at Englandsgade 25 in Odense from the seller, major Danish pension company PFA.
The property consists of 12,500 sqm. office area with an underground parking garage and a share of an underground car park nearby the property.
Today, the property is partially let out to public authorities and it will be let out to further tenants in the near future.
Horten advised the buyer on all legal aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence and negotiation of the purchase agreement.
