Rasmus Bytoft Sundstrup

Rasmus Sundstrup advises on leasing and financing of chattels in a wide sense, including regarding vehicles, business equipment, medical equipment, etc. Rasmus considers it his principal task to serve as a ‘Swiss knife’ for Danish and foreign leasing and finance companies in relation to the legal and commercial challenges that may arise in an industry in constant development

Rasmus also deals with various related legal areas, including insurance of third-party interests, insurance brokerage, registration fees and periodical fees. In this connection, he has written the thesis, "The legal position of a secured third party at the development of the insured event after the Danish Insurance Contracts Act § 54, subs. 1 - Including The Danish Supreme Court judgement U 2014.537 H”, published in the legal journal Retsvidenskabeligt Tidsskrift 2017.
