Morten Brun Winkelmann

Morten Brun Winkelmann advises Danish and international lenders and borrowers on issues pertaining to finance law, including especially transactions by way of acquisition financing and general corporate financing. The advice includes drafting of loan agreements, security documents and other documents relevant for the transactions.

Morten also advises Danish and international financial businesses on regulatory issues in relation to the carrying out of financial business in Denmark. He has advised on and assisted with the drafting of the required documentation in relation to various licences within the areas of payment services and brokers.

In addition, Morten has wide experience advising on the structuring of capital increases, cross-border marketing of AIF and measures preventing money laundering and financing of terror.
