Anne Baandrup specialises in personal data protection (GDPR) and advises on design, implementation, and maintenance of an organisation’s set-up of processes and documentation to ensure compliance with the GDPR, the use of personal data in the development of new products and services, and everyday questions about dos and don’ts in relation to use of personal data.

She has undertaken this broad area of responsibility in TDC/Nuuday for a number of years, where she also has experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Based on this experience, she can serve as a DPO for clients who wish to outsource this function, and she can advise on setting up and performing the role for clients wishing to keep the function in-house.

From her employment with TDC/Nuuday and her postgraduate B.Com. degree, she has a strong business and strategic understanding that enables her to find solutions in the intersection of data protection requirements, business and strategy. Through her certification as a Compliance Manager, Anne also advises on the establishment of compliance programmes in general.
