We are pleased to announce that Anne Baandrup, who is a GDPR/data privacy expert, joins Horten as partner on 1 February 2024.
Anne has in-depth experience within data protection law from TDC and Nuuday where she was Head of GDPR & Compliance and Data Protection Officer (DPO). She has also played a key role in the implementation of GDPR, Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance in the two companies.
''Anne has both great insight into GDPR and practical experience systematising and applying GDPR in a company. I think this is a really strong combination that is of interest to our clients, present and future,'' says Christian Gregersen, Managing Partner at Horten.
Anne will be a key part of our IP and Technology team.
