Horten has advised the City of Copenhagen, the City of Aarhus, and the City of Odense on all legal aspects of the bid and the cooperation with the Danish Football Association (DBU) regarding the hosting.
If the bid is successful, it will be yet another mega event on Danish soil, following in the footsteps of, for example, EURO2020 and the Tour de France's Grand Depart in Denmark in 2022, where Horten was also on the sidelines providing legal advice.
