Horten assists listed company Catena with the purchase of yet another logistics asset, this time in the highly desirable logistics location Avedøre Holme.

In this transaction completed as a share deal, Horten once again took advantage of the expertise that is placed in the various departments of the firm. The due diligence process including signing and closing, was completed 8 weeks after being granted access to the virtual data room. Full service at its finest.
