Danoffice IT, which is owned by the Pan-European private equity fund Agilitas, has acquired the IT consultancy Conecto.
Conecto A/S is a Danish IT consultancy which offers IT solutions and consultancy services, particularly within cloud transformation, remote workspace, digital health, IT security and other consultancy services.
Conecto A/S has a broad customer base consisting of both public authorities and private companies and employs approximately 60 employees from its headquarters in Søborg, Denmark.
Danoffice IT ApS is based in Svendborg, Denmark, but has offices on numerous locations throughout the world and provides IT solutions, -products and -logistics to a wide range of international customers.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authorities, which is expected later this year.
Horten has advised the shareholders of Conecto A/S regarding all legal aspects of the transaction. Responsible partner on the case was Jonas Eigil Nielsen who was assisted by Christian Ulrich Zander Olsen and Line Melissa Birk Halberg.
