Horten advises the publicly listed Swedish logistics property investor, Catena
AB, regarding the acquisition of two newly constructed logistics
properties.
The two assets are located in Horsens, Denmark, along the highway E45. They have a total area of approx. 64,000 sqm. and are leased under long-term lease contracts to the third-party logistics operator, DKI Logistics.
The transactions have a total value of approx. DKK 650,000,000.
Horten's team was headed by Alessandro Traina and Emil Spurr Madsen.
