44-year-old Anders Bager Jensen takes over the position as chief operating officer with Horten. He comes from a position as Group Finance Director with the Ministry of Defence.
"I look forward to starting a new chapter of my working life at Horten and am very much looking forward to getting to know the company, colleagues and clients and contributing to creating the best possible base for Horten's development, says Anders Bager Jensen, who holds an MSc in Political Science from Aarhus University and has extensive experience from the public sector as well as within economics and management.
He comes from a position as Group Finance Director with the Ministry of Defence with responsibility for the Defence budget. Before that, he was CFO with the Culture and Leisure Administration of the City of Copenhagen with responsibility for the staff areas and finance, and he also has eight years of experience from the Ministry of Finance, including as head of division and secretary to the minister.
On the choice of Anders Bager Jensen as new COO, managing partner of Horten, Christian Gregersen, says:
