DKK 200m bond issue for Gefion Group has been successfully completed with Horten as legal advisor as to Danish law.
Horten has acted as Danish legal advisor to the initial bondholders represented by Intertrust as agent, in cooperation with Jool Corporate Finance in connection with Gefion Group Holdco's issue of Senior Secured Floating Rate Bonds.
Gefion Group is one of the leading property developers in Denmark, based in Copenhagen, focusing primarily on developing residential projects. The proceeds from the bond issue will primarily be used for the development of Gefion Group’s current project pipeline as well as future projects, further strengthening Gefion's strategy and position.
