Horten has sold the business of Tripplex to Rockfon. Bankruptcy proceedings were commenced against the company on 8 February 2021. Attorney Nicolai Dyhr was appointed trustee.

After lengthy negotiations with several potential purchasers, Horten sold the business of the bankruptcy estate of Tripplex to Rockfon, a company controlled by a large international group, thus saving a number of jobs.
Horten’s team was headed by attorney Stefan Simmelsgaard Hansen and attorney Nicolai Dyhr.
